The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is the Philippines' premier motorsports lifestyle event — celebrating speed, culture, and community at the world-class Clark International Speedway in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
Two back-to-back 3-day festival weekends — one for cars, one for motorcycles — ignite Clark International Speedway with heart-pounding races, stunning machines, live entertainment, and festival energy like no other in the country.
Now on its 3rd edition for 4-Wheels and 4th for 2-Wheels, CIFOS continues to grow into a landmark annual event that audiences, families, and enthusiasts look forward to each year.
Inspired by the Goodwood Festival of Speed, CIFOS is built as a long-term platform to make motorsports in the Philippines more accessible, inclusive, and engaging — welcoming first-time audiences while nurturing grassroots talent.

A curated parade of rare classics, exotic vehicles, and bespoke builds — one of CIFOS's most prestigious highlights. Beginning at the Clark Parade Grounds with a Cars & Coffee assembly, the convoy winds through Clark's historic landmarks and culminates in a ceremonial lap at Clark International Speedway.
Following the parade, all registered participants join the exclusive CIFOS Track Experience — a guided, non-competitive circuit session open to all registered vehicles.
Group Recognition: CIFOS 2026 will honor the largest group or club joining the parade.
The centerpiece of the 2-Wheels Festival — a grand ceremonial ride celebrating the camaraderie, pride, and diversity of Philippine motorcycle culture. Riders and clubs gather at Fort Stotsenburg Parade Grounds before riding together to a parade lap at Clark International Speedway.
After the parade, all registered riders join the CIFOS Track Experience — a rare chance to ride the circuit in a safe, community-driven setting.
Group Recognition: CIFOS 2026 will honor the largest motorcycle group or club joining the Gypsy Tour.
CIFOS's official motorsports photography workshop — a hands-on session at Clark International Speedway designed to sharpen your craft ahead of both festival weekends, whether you're shooting on a phone or a full pro rig.
Small-group format, 40 slots per date, led on-site at CIS with direct access to track angles and pit lane positions you won't get on festival day.
As the sun sets at Clark International Speedway, Car Meets spotlights custom builds and community pride under the lights — live DJs, Rev & Dine in full swing, and festival energy well into the evening.
TamBIKE @CIFOS is the motorcycle community's answer to Car Meets — custom bikes on display, live music, and Rev & Dine in full swing at Clark International Speedway.
The Pitlane Showcase is CIFOS's official exhibit and display zone — a high-traffic area where automotive and motorcycle brands, builders, aftermarket suppliers, and lifestyle partners engage thousands of enthusiasts across the festival grounds.
The adjacent Auto/Moto Bazaar opens a curated market of parts, accessories, apparel, and gear — all part of CIFOS's official exhibitor and display area.
The Rev & Dine zone is CIFOS's dedicated food and lifestyle area — a curated collection of food stalls, artisan vendors, specialty beverages, and lifestyle spaces that become the social heartbeat of the festival grounds.
Whether fueling up between race sessions or settling in for the atmosphere, Rev & Dine is where great food, good company, and the energy of motorsport converge at Clark International Speedway.
Take NLEX northbound. Exit at Dau/Mabalacat, follow signs to Clark Freeport Zone. CIS is along Panday Pira Avenue. Approx. 1.5–2 hrs from Metro Manila.
Victory Liner and Genesis operate Manila–Dau/Clark routes from Pasay, Cubao, and Sampaloc. Alight at Dau Bus Terminal then take a tricycle or UV Express to Clark Freeport Zone.
Search "Clark International Speedway Mabalacat" on Grab. From Dau: approx. ₱80–₱150 by tricycle or ₱200–₱400 by Grab.
Free event parking on site. Premium and VIP parking included with corresponding ticket tiers. Follow event day signage from the Clark Freeport Zone gate.
